BlackwaterTees.com does not share your information with any companies other than our payment processor, which is PayPal (whether you use PayPal's Express Checkout or not), and our website analytics provider, which is Google. We DON'T sell your information to any third-parties or share your information with any other companies than the ones listed above. This includes email addresses. You will not be subjected to an increase in SPAM as a result of sharing your email address with us. The only reasons why we require you to create an account before you make a purchase is so that you can view your previous orders, see your tracking numbers, and store billing and shipping addresses for future use.
As far as the information we collect... We collect names, mailing addresses, email addresses, ip addresses, phone numbers, and credit card data which we transfer from our servers to PayPal's. Any correspondence from BlackwaterTees.com will be coming from support@BlackwaterTees.com whether it is an answer to a question, an order confirmation, a tracking number, or our newsletter. We use the email service iContact.com for our weekly newsletter and promotion distribution, but the email address these will be sent from is support@BlackwaterTees.com, so we suggest adding this email to your address book.
We don't ever anticipate sharing or selling customer information or changing our Privacy Policy in any major way in the near future, but if we do, we will send out a communication to our customers notifying them of our intended changes. It would never ever be retroactive.
