Returns
As a courtesy, if you order the wrong size, we will exchange the item for the correct size and ship it back out to you for free. Since, we only sell one style tee, we don't see any reason why a customer would need to exchange one size for another more than once, so we reserve the right to deny an exchange request if we feel it is being abused by a customer. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to us. The tee must not be washed or damaged.

We also accept returns, no questions asked, for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We accept returns for 30 days from the receipt of the package. This obviously doesn't apply to tees or hoodies that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.

If we made an error in what we sent you, i.e. we sent you the wrong item or size, we will pay for you to send it back, if we instruct you to do so, and pay to ship out the correct item.

If you intend to make a return or exchange an item, please send us an email at support@blackwatertees.com with the subject "Return" or "Exchange", and a description of what you want to do, especially if it's an exchange. We will then reply with a return address, if necessary. In some cases, we might just send out another tee or hoody. Exchanges are processed subject to availability, so you may have to wait if the tee or hoody you want is out of stock.

Please note, that in most cases, we don't want you to send back an item you feel is defective/damaged, if you want to exchange it. Please follow the instructions on the FAQ page if you feel you have received an item that isn't the quality it should be.
